Y'all get ready for this because this is my first ever posted review.
This past Tuesday, November 23rd my wife dropped my car off here for an oil change. We picked it up later that afternoon, where it's at and my driveway until we went to a doctor's appointment the following day. Coming home from the doctor's appointment, the car is gushing oil; looks like either the filter vibrated off or the plug was never put back in or something of the sort.
Nonetheless, this was the first time the vehicle was driven since the oil change and the oil change was approximately 18 hours earlier. We live 3 minutes

I only went in for an oil change but the experience was pleasant. Hearing the staff interact with the customers coming through the door I realized they have a lot of repeat customers. That's definitely a good thing and a great sign of respectful and good service.
I found the staff's demeanor to be friendly and informative. I will be returning to get a second car's oil changed there.

Charlie is wonderful and I always get great service and fair prices at Poole's Garage. They've been taking care of my Scion for the past few years after I ended my relationship with Fred Anderson Toyota due to their unprofessionalism and negligence. Poole's won't overcharge you or make mistakes and refuse to fix them like some dealerships will. I highly recommend supporting local, privately owned businesses.
