Their product range covers many areas of technology so it is nice to be able to work with one company that can take care of various specialties and not have to have multiple companies and invoices.
The machines provided including the refurbished machines have been very reliable. At any time when we needed service the response time compared to others has been very quick. We have never experienced being down with our copier since moving to BBM. We are a company that takes a great deal of pride in our customer service and we partner with companies that feel the same as we do.

On-Site, Offsite, and Remote Support! - You can bring in your computers for diagnostics and repair, or we can go to your home and office. Whenever possible, we can also log in remotely and work on your computer without ever stepping in your premises. Avoid Data Loss! - We have many "safe houses" so that if one is compromised, we will have your data preserved in another. First, the purchase experience. Working with Jay on selection and pricing was a remarkably pleasant experience. He responded quickly to questions, and provided clear and accurate answers. BBM's pricing on our new multi-function copier was highly competitive, installation was as promised and follow-up has been outstanding.
Second, service after the sale. We entered a service agreement with BBM on our machine. Again, the pricing was highly competitive. Supplies are delivered timely, and the response time to the few service issues we've had has been excellent.

The office staff at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and School appreciated the professional courtesy and services provided by Brandon Business Machines.
