Got insurance around November.. was told they were going to cancel my auto December.. so I asked to cancel my life insurance too. January comes Im still being billed. Finally got a answer. Now been waiting on email to cancel... all I want to do is cancel my account.

Wow! I know COVID-19 has people on edge but no reason for these people to be so rude when trying to discuss a hew home purchase. Every question I asked was answered with a sigh and and huffy lady. I know you are working from home and Netflix can wait.

I was relocated to two different agents after the retirement of a legacy representative in Reno. Will helped me over the phone while I was in another agent's office, then made an appointment for me on short notice to resolve some banking issues related to business and personal accounts and ID issues.
