I have been a State Farm Agent since 1991. I have been a resident here in Greensboro since 1966. I graduated from Elon College, with my BS in Business Administration.
I am a member of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. And a Volunteer for 1st Tee of Greensboro. My agency has over 50 years of combined Insurance experience and we have qualified for State Farm awards over the years including State Farm National Award Winner, State Farm Multi-Line Award Winner, State Farm President's Club, State Farm SVP Club and State Farm Chairman's Circle.

I did business with this company for several years. During that time I can honestly say, this company does not do business in the best interest of the customers. My policy has significantly continued to increase over the course of time i have been with them and of course they could never give an explanation as to why. I do enjoy Statefarm insurance, but this agency leaves much to be desired. Will likely return to Statefarm, but I could not in good confidence refer this company to anyone.

I have worked with Charlie and his team for about a year now. It is very hard to find a business that genuinely cares about you as an individual, but these are some of the most hardworking and caring people in the Triad. I am very lucky to have built a relationship with almost everyone at this office and would 100% recommend Charlie Ganim State Farm to anyone and everyone in the area.

Our family has been using Charlie Ganim as our insurance agent for over 25 years. He has handled our home, auto, and personal property insurance all of this time. We also have life insurance through him for myself and my 2 daughters. He has even called me when I had too much insurance on one of my vehicles and suggested making a change that saved me money! How many agents do that?? I have recommended this agency to many folks and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I worked with Sheila at Charlie's office in August for a quote for our auto policy. We were about to renew with another insurance company we had had for 10 years. Sheila was wonderful to work with and provided a competitive quote for our family to give us the coverage we needed at a fair price. We were headed out of town on vacation at the time our policy would renew and needed to be certain insurance would be in place. She took care to be sure we were covered and called once we arrived back in USA to make sure we had everything we needed, including proof of insurance in case we needed a rental

I have been a customer of Charlie's and his staff for over 25 years now and have always had superb and personal service whenever I have had anything come up. I love it during those times when I do not need insurance services, however when I do, I have always received prompt and courteous service from his entire staff. My son recently had an accident and I called the office immediately to report it. When I did not get back with them that afternoon they actually followed up with me to make sure my son was OK and to get the information needed to file a claim for me.
