I spent over a month in this facility. From my perspective, being evaluated by staff who may have English as a second or third language was very difficult. Communication was strained. The staff carried Smart phones, and took many pictures. I can't imagine viewing/evaluating a group of people whose language is different from yours and making a reasonable assessment, but the picture-taking was all day. Imagine viewing your picture as you go about your day. You most likely will have "bad" pictures. Certainly, if you show any emotions, your picture could look "funny". That's the basis for a diagnosis

I read the reviews from patients regarding this facility and they are not good. I read employee reviews and they are not good as well. We are in the middle of Covid-19 crisis, mass inflation, and a major nursing shortage nationwide and they offer Licensed Practical Nurses a pathetic $24 an hour to start accorsing to your Indeed job post, like seriously? Fast food workers and custodians make as much and they aren't licensed nurses. Everyone in the area pays a minimum $32 an hour that I have seen and other facilities are paying $35 and up plus differentials for the exact same job or similar. Maybe

My son is inpatient there. He hasn’t even been there a week and there talking about discharging him Tuesday. He has yet to even put referrals in for further treatment. He has no where to go once released. I’m extremely concerned. He shouldn’t have to be this stressed out. He should be working on his mental health but he’s too worried about being discharged.

Applied for a job as an LPN there. Was told the pay I was asking for was too much, yet it was the going rate offered by various other behavioral health facilities in the area. They advertise starting LPN pay at $24 on Indeed and I was told around $30 to $32with a nice differerntial. Sub Par wages for experienced nurses with years of experience, especially when there is a major nursing shortage, Covid 19 exists, and wages have been increasing nationwide. Made more money ten years ago than I was informed of here, and you wonder why you are hiring all shifts and consistently hiring. Need to seriously

The facility is clean, the food is okay. I think the staff is trying the best they can. However, they are severely understaffed, no groups. We watched TV, colored, and did puzzles. It was not very helpful to me personally. Dr P.
Was fantastic, very intelligent man and he did help me. I do think the staff is well intended I just think they're understaffed not unlike most facilities at this time in this pandemic. However I would not recommend going here.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!! I got trapped in this place in early spring this year and I still have nightmares and suffer from trauma caused by this “hospital” to this day and I’m sure it will last quite awhile. It’s not a hospital, it’s a prison. I went just intending to try an out patient program, but the person who interviewed me was treating it like a game and intimidated and coerced me into saying a few magic words that gave them the authority to lock me up against my will without warning. I signed the 3 day release form, oh but they don’t release anyone on weekends

I dont know about this facility my son was there like 3 weeks ago. They only gave him 10 days of medicine, the one he really needed couldnt get filled needed a prescription for a gerneric. The program director still hasn't fax paperwork to his job so he can get paid, we have been calling for 2wk now. I finally got Peter on the phone yesterday and when he realized it was me quickly said he was in a meeting could I hold or could he call me back soon aa I said Id hold he hung up. Which got me wondering are they trying to help people or make their mental health worst.

One of the worst places ever. Lack of communication, poor staffing, no support, abuses patients, no treatment or therapy. Staff intentionally intaginize patients and create crisis only ro restrain them and sedate them. I personally was assaulted by a staff member on camera. One particular employee (nursing supervisor) was the only person that was useful. The rest need crisis intervention trainings, de-escalation training (apparently its funny when people are in crisis), and communication classes. Thank God for DPPC and lawyers.... if you need help, this is NOT the place to go to.

Stayed here for a week a year ago. I still deal with the trauma of being there. It is not a hospital. It is a prison. Not a single group the whole time I was there. Spent the week coloring the same children's coloring pictures and doing word searches ad nauseam. Watched TV with the other patients for hours because there was literally nothing else to do. The worst was when they had a man on the floor late one night hanging out at the desk, literally 3 feet from my open door while I was
in bed. (It was an all-women floor) I brought it to a staff person's attention and all she did was sigh and give

I was inpatient 6/11-6/16. I didn’t go there by choice. A company Aspire sent an ambulance to my residence when I was SAFE and home with my husband. Hospital for Behavioral Medicine has a roach problem in the 2A Unit where I stayed. The food isn’t edible. The kitchen staff is polite and helpful they just can’t cook. I lost 10lbs in the 5 days I spent there. There is favoritism with the patients. Extremely short staffed so patient needs are never met. The staff did not inform me to sign a 3 day notice-I’m new to this I didn’t know any better. The patients told me to sign it. I was never
