One World Mental Health is located in Framingham, MA which boasts the largest population of Brazilians outside of Brazil. Dr. Sa has dedicated the past 2 years to living abroad in Brazil as an immigrant herself, learning Brazilian Portuguese and now is returning to the area after years of mental health work with Native Americans.
The goal of this practice is to offer mental health services to Brazilian and Latino clients that is linguistically and culturally sensitive to the nuances and uniqueness of their ethnic groups. Psychotherapy is available in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish or English for individuals from the ages of 18 months to 70 years.

Dr. Sa is a clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience working with children, families, and adults in Massachusetts, Minnesota, and New Mexico. She received her doctorate in psychology from the MN School of Professional Psychology and her post-doctoral MS in Psychopharmacology from Nova Southeastern University.
