Madison County Nursing Home is well known for providing quality nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, memory care and fitness services to the residents of Madison County and the surrounding area. It is our mission to serve our neighbors - from the city of Jackson, MS to the rural areas of Flowood, Ridgeland, Madison, to name a few.
In 2000 we responded to an increased demand for our services and built a new state of the art nursing home, with an adjoining Healthplex fitness center. The Healthplex is open to the general public and includes physical trainers, a weight room, swimming pool, and a variety of fitness training equipment.

Madison County Nursing Home is proud to offer the highest quality patient care, delivered in the most effective and efficient manner, by caring and personable professionals. We were established by the County of Madison and are a nonprofit facility. Being a county owned facility in a small town, we promote a family atmosphere.
When you are in need of nursing care around the clock, Madison County Nursing Home may be the place for you. We have a team of skilled professionals in nursing, rehabilitation, social services, dietary and activities to meet your needs. When a new resident joins our facility, our dedicated team meets with them and develops a plan of individualized care to meet their specific needs.
Seasons Assisted Living is designed to provide housing, health care and personal care services to seniors in need of assistance with activities of daily living in a more independent environment than a traditional nursing home; such as meals provided, activities, weekly housekeeping and laundry services.
Short-term rehabilitation is designed to help someone who has had an event such as a stroke, surgery or hospital stay that may need some additional health care before going back home. Madison County Nursing Home is dedicated to help you acquire the highest level of independence possible. Our highly trained professionals can assess, implement and monitor a plan of care individualized to your specific needs.
The Madison County Healthplex, which was established in 2000, offers a variety of new Cybex strength equipment and commercial ellipticals, treadmills and exercise bikes to help you achieve your fitness goals safely. If it is water you like, our indoor heated pool and hot tub provide an alternative to jogging on a treadmill or running outside.
