Critical: Quality, Value
Very nice over the phone, however you just need to ask if they can fit you in prior to going to the shop. Luckily didn't have it towed there as they couldn't get to it until wednesday. Did a "diagnostic" on site but should've done a pressure thankfully I didn't use this shop for the repair.

Amazing well organized company. I needed a tow ,was given a time of 60 minutes the tow driver showed up in less then 30 minutes and had it towed to the shop to get repaired very quickly I had my truck back to me up and running again very fair prices amazing staff very helpful. Highly recommend universal to anyone that needs a tow or shop work

Please be aware. This is a chase company. The yard is small and shared with another company. They tried to charge me almost 700 bucks for an airbag change on a trailer. This was not a service call. I came into their yard for it. He was trying to say that an airbag change takes 2 hours or more when it should be under an hour. All of the 5 star reviews are either from someone who has no mechanical inclination and likes getting robbed or friends of the business.
Also he tried to charge 333 for an airbag ? They are around 150 200 bucks for my trailer. Even with the shop's increase of 10% or so(the

These guys are great! I am a returning customer who has had multiple on road situations with running a fleet of trucks. I had one truck that needed roadside assistance, they gave me an ETA of 60 minutes and arrived within 45 minutes. The truck had a bad brake can which they where able to repair onsite within 2 hours. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. There was another truck I had that needed to be towed off of 495. Once again they had given me an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes and arrived within the hour. The driver was professional, took all safety precautions
