We had an issue when my son's car would not start because the ignition would not turn over. It was frozen. Julian B (AAA Tech #Y1802) arrived promptly. Instead of towing the car, he was able to fix the issue and educate us how to resolve a brake switch issue. What could have been a costly experience, became a education and blessing. Reasonable price for what I needed done. They were busy so it took a few days to get done. But the problem I had was fixed and I haven't had a problem with it since.
They also did a complete inspection for free and detailed everything my car could need in the future; told me how much those things would cost with them but I didn't feel pressured to get any of it done right there and then with them or like they were trying to sell me stuff that I didn't need. Very honest mechanics!

I love this shop. Everytime I come in, I'm impressed. They do solid work, they are upfront about what you need, and when they want to suggest more work, they show you a full photo series of all the issues they see. It's not, "Oh, you need one of these, it's $50, want it?"

Easily the best auto repair place I've been too thus far. Incredibly helpful, funny, and knowledgeable mechanics. They fixed my car in a day right before thanksgiving and explained every single thing they did with the car in great detail. John was the person I talked with the most, and wow you can tell how much care and passion he has for the business. 2 other shops couldn't diagnose my car but M and D did super fast. I will only be going here from now on. Thanks guys!

My grandfather used this shop and so did my parents and I. However the service has taken such an incredible downturn in the last decade, it's beyond comprehension. Weeks for simple repairs, exorbitant price gouging(especially if you have a warranty), and worst of all, they could care less about the product that leaves the shop. They talk like they're your best friend, and leave the car in disrepair when they finish. I had almost 5000 dollars worth of work done to my vehicle. Was in their shop over a month. When I finally got the vehicle back, every warning light turned on within minutes of driving

Unfortunately there was no sence on saving the car due to lower ball joint giving out the price they quoted me for job with upper and lower ball joints and an axle and few other parts was good just car has had other major problems with it and more money into it was not worth it to me and my wife .
At the end of it they helped us with getting rid of the car

I have a 1998 Mercedes E320 serviced at their shop that needed quite a few small repairs due to the age of the vehicle. They promptly picked up the car from my house ( it wasn't drive able at the time) and towed it to their shop at no additional charge. They fixed the axle, flushed the braking system, replaced some of the headlight and rear braking bulbs and a few other needed repairs. They then took pictures of the car before and after, which they upload on a big tv screen for the customer to see how and where their money was used. Car broke down on my way to work but thankfully was able to get it back in my driveway. Called AAA to have it towed, they said it would arrive between 10-11. My wife is waiting at the house for the truck to arrive. At around 1:00, my wife gets an alert that the driver is outside, but nobody was there. She responded back saying there is no one here, but it was immediately closed out as completed and there was now no way to track it. Obviously the driver (Donald) lied and claimed he picked up my car even though he didn't. We called AAA, and they called this company to send the driver back. It

Excellent service! Joe made it so easy and was so helpful at getting the keys out of my car for me. He was professional, arrived within 30 min of my AAA call, friendly, and got into the car in less than 5 minutes. The experience went from being an anxiety ridden one, to a pleasant and easygoing relief. 10/10 would recommend.

Was recommended by my regular mechanic to M&D as they specialize in Mercedes Benz. Had a exceedingly professional initial conversation with John I believe. What impressed me the most other then it's a family business since 1978 I think was the detailed email going over what's right and what's wrong with my car. That was very helpful determining what I needed to get done and when. Pics included. I would recommend MD. I will be going back for my Mercedes repairs and service.

I knew nothing about cars, and bought a '92 Volvo 240 (I know, I know); the previous owner said it probably needed a new transmission. I chose MD because I sent e-mails to several auto-repair shops with good reviews and this was the only place that responded promptly via e-mail. My daughter called AAA today for tow service and MD auto was dispatched. They showed up to the parking lot and abruptly left. No communication as to why. They did not contact my daughter or AAA so no one knew she was still stranded and waiting for help. I have no idea why AAA would contract with an unprofessional company such as this. I had to call a AAA supervisor to get any answers. Apparently they left due to a "police call" with no further communication. After two hours in the nor'easter her car was finally picked up. I am rating this shop a zero. Scheduled the car to be towed to collision shop and was told it would be 60 minutes. No call back and 90 minutes later, called again and was told it would be 15 minutes. I informed the after- hours service that the collision shop closed at 12 noon. Got a call from Matt, the owner, who said they could access the car and do the work and I told him it was already authorized by the insurance company to have it done by the original collision shop. The car was not towed by 12 noon and without a doubt this was done purposely. If AAA recommends using this service, ask them

Not dependable towing! Was referred to them by AAA. I waited 3 hours for a tow on Sunday because the guy decided to go to Applebee's in the adjoining parking lot with his girlfriend instead of towing my car. He actually pulled into the Applebees to Go with his massive flat bed! I walked over to the guy and he lied saying that he just got off. He was on for another two hours! I had to wait for the shift change. I filed a complaint with AAA.
