Jason, originally from Haysi, VA, is the founder of JD's Realty & Auction of Clinton, TN. He grew up collecting as a child and continued his collection while serving 20 years in the U.S. Army. As a young man, Jason was destined to serve in the U.S. Army as a leader and officer. Jason served in six combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in the Army as an Infantry Officer.
JD's Realty & Auction is a full-service auction and marketing company. We can quickly develop a personalized plan and assemble a marketing campaign that's the most cost effective for you and your family. When you work with our team, you will also get a supporting staff to assist you throughout the process.
Our Auctioneers have extensive experience working with non-profit organizations to help raise the most funds at your next fund-raising event. Hiring a professional fundraising auctioneer is never a cost; it's an investment that will pay incredible returns. Leaving the job to a non-benefit or volunteer auctioneer, however, could end up being your auction's greatest expense.

There are situations where I’ve felt like my clients would be better served by auctioning their homes themselves versus if I’d tried to list the property for them. Jason, Natalie and their staff are amazing to work with and show the highest level

Jason was always prompt and very professional. As was his wife Natalie. Jason was easy to talk to, knows his business, and put the customer first by listening and empathizing when necessary. After initially meeting Jason and trusting him, I was then 750 miles away during the entire process, so this made communications a challenge at times. The house content auction pictures and website were very well done. It was not an easy decision selling our childhood home, yet his demeanor always helped make the experience less emotionally stressful. Thank you.

I used JD's for 2 large personal auctions and my home auction. Kim and Jolene are so professional and knowledgeable with the process. Kim was our right hand man concerning our home auction and she went above and beyond what we expected. She made us feel at ease during a difficult time. I would recommend JD's reality for your auction needs and if you want to sell your home the traditional way than I highly recommend Kim Monroe.

I had a very good experience with JD's. It was my first time and I participated in an online-only auction. There were many good photos of the items items I bid on which were mostly consistent with the items in person; there was a slight stain on a rug I purchased that wasn't noticeable in the photos, but it's not so bad that I'm disappointed. Pick up went quick and smooth as 'Team Jelly' had the item ready for me during my selected pick up time. It would be good if IDs were checked upon pickup, because when you sign up for a time slot all other names of the purchasers are visible along with the

I've been using JD's for multiple years now. They are such a reliable auction house and I have had no issues or complaints. The staff are always friendly and helpful! They are prepared for you ahead of time and they make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Just picked up my items I won during the auction. The girls taking the money and giving out the items were wonderful to work with. They were polite, upbeat, and had great attitudes. JD Auctions is my favorite Auction in Knoxville. Though I purchase through many others, I make most of my purchases through JD. As an online reseller, I have to find great prices on items. They always have big lots of stuff I can purchase an go through for amazing prices. I do donate a lot of what I get. But I’m never in the profit hole or disappointed. Their scheduling makes pick up very fast. One time I got a lot of dishes for $3. There was one dish I sold for $50. Wow! Everyone who works at the auctions are so pleasant to talk to. I just love them and they are my main source for sourcing.

I was new to online auctions and was really just wanting to support a friend of mine with his dad's, our neighbor, belongings. We were surprised to be charged with a 19 percent charge at the end. I would not have participated in the auction. Mistake on my part, but I would not use this service or participate in the future.

It would be hard to tell you everything about each and every auction that I have participated in with J.D. Auctions. For about a year, I have bid on and won over 200 + items. All of the items were shipped, professionally and with such courtesy that I never hesitated to bid again. As well, most auctions that ship either do it terribly with hardly any packing or use a service that charges so much it negates the cost savings of the auction item. On my first auction, I won several items and one was so huge, that I called and told them I didn't realize that a shelf came with the items. They

JD's online auctions have been great fun and driving to the various locations has introduced me to new areas in ETN. Be mindful though when you are bidding that pick up may not be in Clinton. I have had only good experiences with JD and crew. I have experienced one small glitch, the auction stating a different pick up time than the invoice, but that's an inconvenience, not a reason to bash a local company. The auction software is easy to use and one can follow their bids or watched items in real time. I've seen them grow over the past many months and I wish them every success.

Finding out about this local auction house has been such fun!! There is always a piece of furniture, jewelry and/or collectibles that entice me to bid. There are also coins and guns to bid on if that interests you. The best part is the live streaming of the auctions. This makes it so easy to stay at home in your PJs with a bag of popcorn and still win a lot or two while watching on the computer. The staff is always super friendly when I go to pick up my items. I am so glad Jason came home to open this auction house!!
