Critical: Professionalism, Value
Don't trust these guys. Swooping in like a hero to auction a home, promises are made, not kept. Costs and fees are explained at a high level, but are not reel apparent to you until you close a deal with them. Process is painful. Recommend Powell or Williams auctions instead.

David Alley looked us in the eye and old us that "he would sell our house," as he laid out his very slick sales pitch full of promises. So we gladly wrote him a check for $10,000 to cover advertising costs. He failed to draw a single bidder! Before the auction, he never visited the property and, although our contract stated that he would, no one was sent to take videos or pictures of the house. Immediately after the auction failed he tried to talk us into lowering the price of our home to $100,000. The home later sold for $325,000.
