They did A great Job and I really admire people who have the integrity to try to do things the right way I genuinely appreciate that but we just went through a pandemic and although everybody’s recovering right now I understand the need to bring prices up plus I’m sure this method is not the easiest method with most likely not the cheapest of products because all eco-friendly product tend to be like three times the price of anything non-sustainable it seems to be like luxurious option to be conscious of our in impact but I feel that $16 a dress is a little steep

Contacted them on Wed via Yelp for a service inquiry to check if a suit, shirt and a tie can be dry cleaned if dropped off on Thursday for a wedding on Saturday. I was given a yes.
I went in to the cleaner on Thursday after my flight to drop off the clothes and made sure of the rush service. They said it would be 10 extra to have it ready by Friday morning.
Told it would be enough to have it ready by Saturday morning, they offered express service and I took it. I reaffirm the importance of deadline and it was even noted on e-receipt.
I literally just got a call from

I'm here to tell you that Bee Organics Dry Cleaners is absolutely THE WORST. There are so many dry cleaners in downtown that have way better services that I would gladly spend my money. Just because they claim to be "Organic" (whatever that means..) doesn't necessarily mean it will get the job done. I handed over my white rug to them and it came back with the same stain.

It was my first experience here and everything looked perfect until I realized one of the clothes I sent in-a blazer-was returned with badly shrunk lining. My tailor told me it looks like being washed by water, instead of dry clean. and the collar is literally ripped open. When I picked up the clothes they looked neat covered in the plastic so I couldn’t notice right away. I also sent in a fleece coat and a wool sweater-both look perfect after cleaning.

I experienced a mostly great first time service. I dropped off three dresses on a Sunday, Fatimah was easy to work with and made me feel extra welcome as a new customer. The prices are quite reasonable for organic laundering. I was able to pick up my dry cleaning, curbside, only a few days later and love the reusable garment bag! (Hooray for less single-use plastic!!) My only critique is that one of my dresses was returned in a clip hanger and the clips left obvious indentions in the fabric. It’s at the top of the dress, which is sleeveless, and so quite noticeable. I’m trying to smooth it

I’ve been using this cleaners for a couple months now since I moved here from Denver. I love the pick up and delivery service, it is a life saver especially being a working professional. But what keeps me coming back is the quality of their work. They've done a great job removing so many stains I had in my dress shirts and my clothes comes back looking better than before. Its the finer details that really stand out to me, as I've noticed they also remove loose threads / tighten loose buttons. What is especially outstanding is that their communication is phenomenal. Website Marketing and location beneath apartments allows this business to collect $7/shirt for dry cleaning. But is there really an advantage? Let there be no mistake, the disclaimer about "organic," dry cleaning being Superior is largely false for most users. Any chemical in high enough levels has potential to cause biological harm, including cancer. The slogan "Biodegradable solvents" will fool most consumers, but without chemical testing these solvents may be just as harmful as PERC.

I wanted badly to love Bee Organic Dry Cleaners, so much so that my husband and I have used their services despite their repeated mistakes and poor communication. We will not be going back because it's no longer just a few mistakes - it's an established pattern.

WOW! Where do I begin.
This place is pure awful.
After 4 experiences here I am appalled.
First off, I’ve asked for a hang dry every time I’ve been in for fluff and fold. On at least 2 occasions my clothes were clearly put through a dryer, hence ruining the sizing on many of them.
On the occasions where my clothes were obviously put through a dryer they come back smelling like BOUNCE dryer sheets. I know because I used them profusely before switching to organic a few years ago.
I only went back because it’s the only place near me in downtown that claims to be organic and I wanted to give
