Critical: Professionalism
I recently moved in around the corner and needed to find a new cleaners within walking distance of my place, so I went to Pure Cleaners for the first time. I dropped off few shirts and one of my shirts came back with a massive stain on the sleeve. Had to argue for them to clean it again, not a very pleasant experience.

This place is TERRIBLE. I dropped off several items recently and was shocked by price (about 60% more than my usual dry cleaner). That aside, I was expecting high quality service. I picked up my items and they were lazily onto the hangers. As soon as get home, I realize that the folding caused every shirt I brought in to wrinkle. To boot,my clothing seemed to smell worse than when I brought them in and my pants were faded. I wanted to avoid writing a negative review, but my last straw was seeing one of my dress shirts basically crumpled. This was a waste of money.

I’ve been using their services for a couple of months now and i love it! Chris is a great guy and always helpful. It’s hard to find people and services that are this efficient. Easy pickup. Easy drop off. During these challenging times, it couldn’t have been easier. I’ve also Utilized the delivery services which i am Very pleased with the whole process, from the initial set up and delivery of items. Highly recommend!

Excellent. I dropped my pants at 10am and received a text at 2pm telling me they were ready for pick-up. They finished well before the time originally stated. My pants were clean and pressed perfectly. For someone as persnickety as I am, it is wonderful to know there is a place I can bring my cloths and trust they will be done perfectly. Peace of mind. Will definitely use them now regularly. I’m really very happy with the service and friendly staff who helped me.

I travel from NY to LA once a month as a producer, and sometimes I stay weeks at a time. They are truly one of the best cleaners around! Back home in NY, I have brought shirts to my local cleaners and they were not able to get stains out. Not sure how Shirts N Skirts does it but they managed to make my cloths look perfect and removed the stains. This past week I was in LA and needed a shirt and pants dry cleaned the same day, they did it in 2 hours and they extended courtesy. One last thing, you know how sometimes you pick up your dry cleaners and it wreaks like "chemicals"? Not from Skirts N Shirts
