Super unprofessional, I feel like it’s very rude to hang up in someone’s face once you tell them the reason why your fiancé is locked up. He could’ve easily said unfortunately we cannot do that. I was so professional talking to him, he asked me his name and the reason and you just hang up? Wouldn’t recommend trying to get a bail bond out of this company. Ridiculous!

The absolute best bail bonds company in Johnson County , and probably the whole state of Kansas. They were the only bond company willing to even consider taking my bond with me living out of state, great customer service, very informative and patient with all of the questions I had in regards to turning myself in, and to top it all off they were even kind enough to give me a ride to the jail! I have "unfortunately " had to use Shane's several times. Not one time have they treated me like a criminal or a bad person, that helps when you are innocent! :)They have always been professionals and extremely easy to work with. They even work with you if your in a tight spot, which makes this unfortunate process a lot faster. I wouldn't call anyone else!

This was unfortunate because I was really hoping they would help, I have worked with Shane a couple times ,years ago but it was always for my husband, this time I needed help, so I called today and the guy who answered told me they don't do traffic tickets in wyandotte and for me to call metro , but clearly on the website it says traffic tickets. I was really hoping to write a good review because in the past Shane was extremely extremely helpful. So now I'm stuck trying to find someone else who will help.
