So Grateful for Moon Valley Health. I had been calling around all day trying to find a provider for my boyfriend who had injured his shoulder. If anyone called me back they were booked out a couple weeks. But this office called me back same day and had an opening the next day! And my BF is self employed and therefore has no insurance and this practice offered a membership plan that was MORE THAN REASONABLE! The staff was very nice over the phone and compassionate, and also in person. and the PA spent time with him being very thorough. And now he has a PCP. And there was NO wait time. They took

I was with my passed Doctor for 26 years and he retired. I went to Doctor Reed and was so completed happy that I had my husband go to him too. He is such a caring human being and researches any discomfort or issues you may have. As for Jen I love her a ton, she is very helpful and always answers any questions I may have. Thanks so much for being here for us!

This office used to be fantastic. Ever since it changed over to moon valley health it has declined in service dramatically even though the same people work there. Jen has become completely unfriendly and the office is sometimes incompetent. It took nearly a week to get prescriptions filled with the correct dosage and timing. Now, they are only allowing 15 minute appointments and expect the patient to be on time to the minute, but are glad to make them wait when the doctor is running behind.

Legitimately one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is personable, funny, and always remembers and asks things about me or my family that truly shows that he cares. We have been with Dr Reed for about 3 years now and have continued to use him even after moving much further north.
His front desk is pretty helpful and I have never had any issues, which is great since a front office can make or break a practice. I have had many doctors over the years, but only two who have made me feel like they are really concerned about my health and well-being. Dr. Reed is one of them. He is patient, thorough, extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. I have never felt rushed when visiting his office. He reminds me of a young Dr. Marcus Welby (I guess that dates me :-)).

Dr. Reed always takes the time to address my concerns. I do not go to the doctor often and appreciate his thoughtful, complete exams when I'm sick. I think annual exams are important as I may not see the doctor at all until it's time for one. It could save my life if I have early stages of something with no symptoms. As to the medicare point, Dr. Reed and I discussed this at length. I'm an established patient and hope to keep him as my doctor. If new laws are passed, he will not be able to afford to keep me when I move to medicare. This needs to be fixed with letters to your congress representatives
