There is an additional fee for delivery of your party supplies, as well as set-up and breakdown fees. Specially equipped containers are provided for flatware, china, glassware, etc. to ensure that your items arrive sterilized, undamaged, sparking, and table ready. We check every item before it leaves the warehouse.

Wish I could give negative starts honestly. Currently buying tables and chairs I don’t need because James/Jim GHOSTED me after I booked with him and now I have nowhere to seat my 16 guests tonight. Other reviews must be fake honestly. I should’ve checked Yelp — the reviews there seem much more legit.
EDIT:
Updating to two stars only because they ended up showing up with my party rental equipment unannounced at 3 PM (3 hours before the event) after not answering my calls for two days and I had already bought tables and chairs at Walmart, and nearly cancelled altogether. I was told James

Don't let the outdated website fool you. James was very very professional, did a wonderful job, and everything went as planned. The price was also really wonderful compared to everything else in the area. My minor complaint was that he wasn't on hand during setup and his employees were mostly Spanish speaking, making it difficult to ask questions or communicate needs since none of us happen to speak the language. They were all wonderful though!

Party Explosion has excellent service! I always use them for holidays and they have never let me down. As a matter of fact, they have even helped me change my car tire when I was stranded on my way to return items I rented from them.
