Exchanged emails with Luis several weeks ago, re: rentals for my grandma's 90th birthday party this past Saturday, and never confirmed my order with him. I called him on Saturday morning, frazzled, since in my mind, I had placed the order already. Luis not only calmed my nerves immediately, but was there within an hour, with my full order! I will never go with anyone else, and highly recommend Fiesta Party Rentals. You will not find better customer service, anywhere else!

Mr. Luis was very professional. He responded to my inquiry right away. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. Also, they were prompt in delivering the chairs. The price was a bargain. I will definitely use their service again in the future.
