At Way of Life Health & Wellness Center, our goal is to educate our community as to how Chiropractic can help them live healthier lives. In our office we help them reach this goal using a gentle technique called KST, or Koren Specific Technique.
KST allows us to help with many health issues, ranging from headaches, numbness, tingling, whiplash, sports injuries, pregnancy related problems, infertility, bedwetting, ear infections, asthma, to only name a few.We offer individualized care and we know that each person is unique in what their health goals are and we strive to do our best to make sure they reach them.

Services
After graduating from UW-Whitewater with her Bachelor of Science in 1993, Dr. Lara McMahon moved to St. Louis, MO in 1995 to study chiropractic and is a 2000 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. She graduated with honors in both Academic and Clinical Achievement, and was also awarded the coveted Student Doctor Award for her class.
In our office we offer a breakthrough approach to adjusting the spine called Koren Specific Technique. Born in Switzerland and raised in sunny California, for 39 years Arbonne has transformed lives through premium products, unparalleled leadership and a family-like community.
