We can provide you the insurance claim form to submit to your healthcare provider for reimbursement. It is always a good idea to check with your healthcare provider and see if your plan includes Acupuncture before submitting a claim form. We'd like to verify your benefit and coverage prior to your initial visit to avoid any confusion or financial issues because each individual has different plan and coverage even it is the same insurance name.
Please wear comfortable, easy-to-access clothing. The acupuncture needles will most likely be placed in the areas around your lower arms and legs, hands, and feet. If you receive treatments for pain, avoid aggravation of the painful area between treatments. There is a 10% chance that you may experience an aggravation of the condition that you are being treated for.
When I first visited Gainesville Acupuncture, I was at the end of my rope. With many health problems, my Crohn's/colitis, had eaten my intestines. I had visited a surgeon to discuss colon removal after dysplasia showed up on my colonoscopy. Cancer was certainly right around the corner the doctors said.

Dr. Lee at Gainesville Acupuncture is the best. I have seen him on and off for a few years now and I always feel better after a few sessions. I've had multiple hip surgeries and back issues and I always see him when I need to manage my pain flare ups. Lee is very professional and respectful. He is a doctor that knows where your pain is and how to treat it. I will always recommend him.
