I have worked with Amy with the house we own today and recently on finding our second home. She is smart, professional, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. I even worked with another realtor for purchasing a home and she still went over the paperwork with me to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of and that the deal would be to our advantage. Things didn't work out in the end and we needed to take our house of the market for a period and she has been compassionate to our situation despite it being inconvenient for her. I will work with her on every purchase until the end

When my husband and I were looking to buy our first home together we went through Amy. So happy we did. She was patient, realistic and took us anywhere we wanted to go. She never forced her opinions on us but did help us realize when a property was good or bad for us. Amy even pointed out flaws in homes that she knew we wouldn't have the resources to fix ourselves. We used Amy to sell our home in Yuba City in 2016 and she was outstanding. Amy made the process incredibly easy and took many extra steps for this to go through. We were out of state and she handled everything from start to finish.
