I haven’t actually rented through certified realtors, but I have had many encounters with them inquiring about their rentals. Every person I have talked to has been extremely nice and patient with me. They never seem to get upset or inpatient from continuous inquiries. They have always given me good advice and detailed information. They are fair and stick to their policy. They do not allow multiple people to apply for their houses because they want to be fair and not rob people of their money.
