Friendly caring staff helped me get to the train station an hour away, after I approached a young man for assistance. As arraignments were taken care of by John the manager, I observed a very prompt, attentive, polite group of young men do their jobs with excellence on a -10° Saturday afternoon.

I tried the car wash because i know someone who works there. Unfortunately-I may not go back. The interior "cleaning" was not good at all. The dashboard was left spotty, vacuuming was lousy-the passenger floor was barely touched, controls and steering column were still dusty, and gum and some grime was still on the weathertech mats. Exterior was decent enough save for the siderails. And I left a good tip- DOH.....

I brought my car here for a mini detail. After leaving the car wash and driving only a few hundred feet, I noticed that there were HUNDREDS of small horizontal marks on the passenger side of the car from front to back and top to bottom. I returned to the car wash to show the damage and was told by the manager and owner that they are not responsible for this, and it was caused by driving through something on the street. I took the car to another car wash for it to be repaired, and they confirmed that it was indeed caused by the car wash and could not possibly have been caused by driving through

I took my husbands Prius here for the Gold Package detailing. The car had been cleaned twice in 8 years so you can imagine what a job it would be to clean. They did an amazing job inside and out. All the places that are usually missed, ashtrays etc. were spotless. The seats and carpets that were so bad I thought they would never look decent again now look great.Very impressed with their service and to top it all off the people that work there are very friendly. Was there today and purchased the 24.99 express detail. I thought I purchased the 19.99 so that was the first issue. For $24 my car wasn't dried correctly, back window wasnt done and had finger prints on it, the front dash wasn't done for 6" in front of the window and I had a scratch on my drivers side window. I brought it to the attention of the one working that section and he said "couldn't of been us". Sad service at the bechtelsville car wash.
