The staff is super friendly, the room was clean, and they were very accommodating to my service dog and my little retired service dog. Full breakfast every day we were there. The only negative is that our room was on the end closest to the road and there was a lot of road noise and that's not really their problem. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was big and super clean, too. I was genuinely surprised at how nice this place was, regardless of price. Everything was perfect and I slept like a log. Bonus: There's a neat taproom and several restaurants within a few blocks. You can get pizza, some tacos, or some great beers within a five minute walk. Very convenient! I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm exploring the Oregon Panhandle!

I reserved a pet friendly room on 8/11 online from my home in oregon. I have a confirmation email stating I reserved a pet friendly room. With a total due at check in! I did not need to reserve a room at all as my family is prominent in the town and I have many places to stay. However I was working a booth at BBQ days because I own a business. I have a cat who travels with me I thought a pet friendly room close to where I was going to be would be smart for when he didn’t wan...

Inside the slightly dated exterior this hotel is a gem! Friendly and attentive staff prepare a breakfast every morning with waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, and juice. The rooms are clean and well appointed, I especially enjoyed the pillow selection. The other people staying there were diverse and friendly. Parking is plentiful. There is a tire shop across the street can fill propane and has delightful shop cats. This is the only place to stay if you are rafting the lower salmon

Rolled into Kamiah (Kam - ee - I) on a HOT smokey evening. Ranai (sp?) was there to meet us at the front door. Check-in was a hassle - but we figured it out. Seems the reservation was incorrectly placed and the first/last names were swapped and it was not readily visible via the reservation system on the computer screen. Crisis averted - glad I glanced at the computer screen and called out the mistake. Otherwise we would be sleeping on the ground at the KOA.

Clearwater 12 is the place to stay in Kamiah, ID. Orbitz Travel abandoned my wife and I, 600 miles and 12 hours away from our home on bogus reservations, reservations that Orbitz "confirmed" yet NEVER MADE. The manager at Clearwater 12 gave us the bad news, but in a human way, while Orbitz refused to find us a room anywhere else, the manager at Clearwater 12 offered us a room for the night, so we weren't stranded without a place to stay after a long day of travel.

I was working in kooskia for the week and this is the hotel my work reserved. I wasn't expecting much but this was a great hotel to stay at I would for sure start here again if ever in the area. The lady in charge of the hotel, (can't remember her name is starts with an R) was great she was very kind and just seemed excited to have us which was nice. I reserved and paid for the full week since we were unsure of how long the job would take and she refund whatever nights we didn't stay. The rooms Were surprising big, probably the biggest motel rooms I've stayed in, I was not expecting

Booked based on reviews and location. The lady that checked us in was sweet and welcoming. The room (210) was very, very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were also very good. Clean is my biggest concern when staying anywhere and this hotel did wonderful. Great location to enjoy the river and outdoors as well as easy walking to dinner. Would stay here again! You can't beat the rate!!!!

There's not much around here so when it was 11pm and we were road-weary we took the recommendation of a local policeman and came here. The rate is reasonable, we got a huge room that was clean and well equipped. Bathroom fixtures were new and worked well. Great shower.
Then to top it off, the free breakfast bar is great, hot items: eggs, sausage, waffles in addition to the standard cereals, muffins, bagels, juices and coffee.
I recommend the Clearwater Motel highly!

We stayed here for three nights in April 2015. We rented what they call a suite and received a very nice single apartment size room. Furnishings are nice, bed is comfy and there are plenty of towels and pillows. Room has a generously furnished kitchen (we didn't use it but it was there) and a full size coffee maker with plenty of coffee and sugar and cream. The staff cleans and makes the room smell nice daily and is nice to come back to. Great Wi-Fi. The only drawback is that AT&T does not work in this town at all however, this is not the hotels fault. We will stay here again for sure

I stayed here last Saturday night, and found it adequate, but just. Everything in the room worked but was worn, and I feel the room could have been cleaner. The most important things (bathroom, beds, towels) were all clean, but there were dead bugs on the lampshades and around some areas that should have been receiving more frequent cleaning.
