Dr. Gaitan is a pro at treating acne, he is also a very kind doctor. The treatment I underwent worked so well! And he explains the process very well.
The only reason I won’t give this place five stars is because the office staff is extremely rude, they have on more than one occasion left me on hold for over 20min. Very accusing tone when trying to resolve insurance issues.

Complete disaster all-around. And ironically, I never even had the chance to meet with the doctor!
Had to wait over a month for my appointment. The arrival was worse. Parking is non-existent and valet is mandatory. Unfortunately, valet is also understaffed, so cars are being parked at a pace that makes even Dadeland seem like a giant Roadrunner.
When I arrived and completed the requisite paperwork, I learned that I would not be seen because my primary insurance was out-of-network. Of course, this was after my car had already been parked by valet. I assured the staff that my secondary insurance

Went in for a hair loss consultation and was disappointed with how Gaitan quickly looked into it without any further question. It was a quick vague appointment and Gaitan only recommend me hair loss medicines which I end up never taking it. After a year, I got a phone call that I owed money even though I already made the copayment. They continued to bothered me for the remainder balance for a year and a half even though I never return to the office. Waiting time is forever, if you wish to speak with the manager she is unavailable. The doctors I have dealt with are nice BUT ensure they do lab work before they start giving you ointment after ointment. By the time the doctors finally find what you have you have spent a lot of $$ on ointments that were not even for the skin issue.

As a physician, I sought out a dermatologist for a second opinion, with exceptional credentials. Dr. Price fit the picture as she went to one of the top medical schools and did her residency at one of the premier Dermatology Programs. She proved that her expertise, knowledge and caring nature matched her outstanding training. After almost a year of unsuccessful treatments for a skin condition with another dermatologist, I was facing more aggressive therapies. Dr. Price offered instead a relatively simple, non-invasive treatment, and after a few weeks my issue was resolved. I now have my new dermatologist

My mom is 89 years old and has been going to Dr. Price for Years. I attend most of her appointments and I must say that Dr. Price is patient, willing to explain everything she is doing, takes her time and doesn't rush her appointment with my mom. Her staff is friendly and the surgeon that worked on my mom was excellent. Over all we have had great experiences at this office.

My son's wedding is coming up and I made an appointment with Dr. Debra Price for a consultation. My goal was, to be able to appear more youthful but natural. She was kind, professional and gave me multiple choices as to what I could honestly expect. After thoroughly describing what she thought was best, I followed her recommendations. I am almost finished with my treatments and I am thrilled with the outcome. I would encourage anyone who has been contemplating non surgical cosmetic procedures to seek out Dr. Price.

I just returned from my fourth appointment with Dr. Price. There is no doubt in my mind, that I am in the right place. I've have had skin checks, injections and skin resurfacing - a wide range of services. Upon arrival, the staff is always pleasant (today I was offered a cold bottle of water as the drinking fountain water wasn't "super cold.) Because I did not set my watch back, I arrived an hour early. (My fault) I was taken back to the room for prep 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Dr. Price began my procedure right on time....she was pleasant, gently and professional - all at the same time
