Services
We most commonly treat frown lines with BOTOX and Dysport on the upper face, especially in the glabella region where staring at a computer screen or even reading can cause vertical lines known as "11s." Glabellar lines often start simply as a "1" and eventually can develop into "11s" or even three or four over time.
As we use our face to smile and frown over time, folds and fine lines can become prominent. These fine lines and wrinkles can make us look older, tired, or even upset when we are not. BOTOX Cosmetic is a prescription medicine injected with a tiny needle into the muscles to temporarily smooth out frown lines on the face.
Young, healthy skin has plenty of naturally occurring hyaluronic acid, a major component of the extracellular matrix, the gel-like material that surrounds our skin cells and keeps them youthful. Hyaluronic acid also attracts water from within the dermis and moves it to the skin surface. Hyaluronic acid and other glycosaminoglycans play an important role in skin elasticity, tone, metabolism, regeneration, and wound healing.
Restylane-L is a clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid that is specifically formulated to act like the body's naturally occurring hyaluronic acid (HA.) The Restylane family of fillers includes Restylane, Defyne, Refyne, Silk and Lyft.
We use these HA facial fillers to add volume to the skin, create lift, soften and correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, correct facial scars, create cheek augmentation and contour, as well as increase lip fullness.All Restylane-L products are infused with lidocaine for a more comfortable experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Dolev for nine years for regular dermatology appointments. She is friendly, relaxed and consultative. I always feel she has my best interests at heart and is a great listener. She is incredibly thoughtful about creating a treatment plan that the patient is comfortable with, and helps you make daily progress to keep your skin looking its best.
