Bears, Ballons and Beyond have the best Customer service. Service is awesome I live in Virginia Beach and have family members in North Carolina. This is the only place I use when you call he’s always pleasant and patient. When the arrangements Arrive you get a picture and the are always beautiful.

What an awesome place! I called from out-of-state, and they were extremely helpful. I didn't know what kinds of flowers to send to my mother in Greensboro, and they were excited to prepare something really beautiful. Which they did. They texted me a picture of my mother with the flowers, and she really loved them. Overall, great experience and service and product. Thanks!

Great experience. Found them on the internet from out of state to send some birthday balloons to my son who was traveling to Greensboro. The woman who took my order over the phone was pleasant, helpful and professional. They sent a photo of my son receiving the balloon bouquet. Great big bouquet with fun shapes. Highly recommend!

Bears, Balloons, and Beyond came through twice in the last year for my husband when he wanted to send me flowers. The first time, he called them while boarding a plane and ordered flowers and a bear to be delivered to me in the hospital. He was so grateful they were easy to work with, quick, and the flowers were beautiful! The second time, they came through with a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day! I didn’t know Bears, Balloons, and Beyond did flowers until I saw one of their bouquets in Triad wedding magazine and I knew immediately it was the ‘one’ I wanted! Renee worked with me to fill all the floral needs (how I wanted them and within my budget) for my intimate wedding ceremony. The bridal bouquet had succulents that she was able to plant after the ceremony so I have part of it that lives on! Every time I went to the store, the staff was so friendly. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we were so pleased!
