The peace of mind I was able to regain after having my security system installed was something I wanted to share with others. Tony maintained communication with me throughout the installation process, came out to my home in the evening to teach me how to use the system, and even made an extra visit after I had a new garage door installed. I have had my Vector security system for almost a year now. I intentionally waited to write a review because I wanted to wait until the honeymoon stage was over. A lot of companies treat you well when things are going well but the true test is when things aren't going so well and will there be anyone there to help you. Tony and Adam are two great guys that I have to admit went well above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had some issues but they were not of any fault of Britt Smart but they handle them as if they were. I am adding more to my system this week and after all the headaches

I am a fairly new client of Britt Smart Security and I couldn't be happier with what I've experienced. I am in the process of cancelling out of my previous security contract (1 year down of 5 years). It is costing me to do that, but it is worth it. The system they placed in our home is state of the art for sure, but also very user-friendly. The company is very forward thinking. AND to take it above and beyond, the care and amazing customer service Britt Smart provided me during installation and setup was excellent! They operate with very high integrity and go to the Nth degree to provide service

We had ADT and were very unhappy with the service, response and were looking for a Great company to go to. Enter Britt Security, we got what we were looking for. From first meeting with Tony, who said I will always work to give you 5 star service. To seeing that put into action. We have never been happier with this system, service, and Tony's constant effort to have satisfied customers, thru calls, visits and learning that his care is real not just for advertising.
