This is a Semi-Private Training Program includes engaging workouts and nutrition guidance that helps melt the inches away! Do you have a sport or a fitness class you just cannot do anymore but want to get back into shape for it? Do you have an past orthopedic ailment in which you where cleared for activity but still DON'T trust it?
Adam has a great way of understanding which areas to focus on to help you achieve the goals you want! Whether it's strength training, mobility, or just helping you stay healthy, Adam shows you what to do to continue the process. He's also able to pinpoint target areas you didn't know were giving you issues, so that has been very helpful for me these last couple of weeks.

I have been working with Adam Brown for a couple years now and he has been an excellent trainer. His extensive knowledge of workout techniques as well as some knowledge of physical therapy has helped me have a consistent workout routine despite the presence of a prior ACL injury and some flexibility restrictions in my right shoulder. I highly recommend Adam for anyone looking to be in shape!

What’s I liked most about working with Adam is that he tailors the workouts specifically to your abilities and goals and is with you every step of the way. I was successful with weight loss and even more importantly building up my strength and endurance so I could enjoy spending time with my grandkids!

Adam does an incredible job of creating a plan for me that pushes me to step out of my comfort zone. In 3 weeks I lose 3 lbs and 1/2 inch with just 2 sessions a week. I have not only had more energy but feel great. This program has kick started my motivation to be more active. I highly recommend Adam’s training program

5 star great trainer !!!! He is a good listener, patient, encouraging, flexible and changes routines to keep things interesting. Adam has been my personal trainer for 3 days a week since Feb. 2019 for a total nearing 300 sessions with him. I am a 57 year old female with some physical limitations ( a compromised elbow from an accident and aggravated knees from scrambling hillsides) which he mindfully works around by changing my routines as needed. Take a chance with Adam Brown! I did, and I couldn’t be happier. I am a 56 year old woman that has a desk job. I sit a lot! I get winded just walking up a few stairs. Adam worked with me to get me started on the right program. I also have bad knee and he has adjusted the program for my mobility issues. After just a few weeks of working with Adam I am down almost 6 pounds and I have taken an inch off of my waistline. I feel stronger and more energetic.
