Fortunately, in 2004, Best Nails got moved to a new location and was renamed Best Nails & Spa. With new spa chairs, facial rooms, and professional technicians, this beauty salon was ready to introduce this true idea of "relaxation".

The overall experience was good. I researched the nail salons around the hotel we are staying at and this one had the best reviews. First impressions was busy so good thing if it’s busy first thing in the morning. They rushed to sit me but never offered a price list. Was very careful not to ask for to much and refused any offers for additional services. I asked for the a list of pricing and was ignored. Did show them a picture of what I wanted and was satisfied with the outcome. Overall great experience. Didn’t get the final star due to being ignored when asked for pricing.

They are so nice and like chatting with you. They are very appreciative if they make you wait when they are busy because they need the business during their slow times. We came during one of their slow times and they were short staffed but srill got to us in a rather quick time. The price list was IMMEDIATELY given to us so we knew exactly how everything was. They are so kind and respectful. Well worth everything.

Justine did an amazing job on my nails. My nails were so brittle, breaking, and just unattractive. So I went for a french tip full set and it came out amazing. She was super nice, took her time and you can really tell she pays attention to detail.
Only complaint is there is no posting of their prices. If you don't ask before you start, your in for a big surprise. I will be back to try their pedicure though. This time I made sure to ask how much that was.
As expensive as the full set was, she did an amazing job though. You get what you pay for folks. That's why I skipped out on going to the nail

Cindy is the best nail tech I have found since moving to LA in 2002. She is patient and detail oriented. If I don’t like my polish or shape she takes care of it without any hesitation. Justine is awesome with eyebrows, my daughter won’t go anywhere else. All of my pedicures have been great with any of the staff. They are friendly, clean and most of the time pretty busy which speaks volumes of their work!

It's always a pleasure getting my nails done at Best Nails. They are ALL so very kind and friendly and do such a great job- regardless of who your nail tech is. Cindy has a great team behind her. Michael does a great job! I don't know what his trick is but whenever he does my gel nails they stay perfect for 3 weeks . If I wasn't so hard on my hands they would probably last 4 weeks- my pedicures have lasted that long. You won't be disappointed in their service or the quality of their products.
