Jan joined The Wagley Group in 2015, bringing with her more than twenty years of real estate experience. She previously had an extensive career in technology. In her last professional position, outside of real estate, she was a network engineer for the Lenawee Intermediate School District and also provided tech support for the local districts in the County.
A resident of Lenawee County for over 50 years, Gene Merillat is a loving family man and devoted church member, who is passionate about helping people improve all aspects of their lives. After a successful career as a CPA/CMA, Gene became interested in real estate when he saw first-hand the challenges his family faced selling his parent's home.
Mark was born and raised in Adrian. He graduated from Michigan State University and moved to Ohio and later to Pennsylvania to pursue employment opportunities. While in Pennsylvania, Mark owned investment and rental properties which led to him becoming a licensed real estate salesperson and property manager.
Paul and Diane are proud Lenawee County Residents after having traveled the country during Paul's days as a Professional Baseball player and coach. The two then settled back in Pure Michigan where Paul coached Baseball at Hillsdale College for 20 years. They have happily made their home in Adrian where they raised their three sons Josh, Casey and Jesse.

We listed our home with Joe Wagley on October 1 and closed on December 1, 2021. This is the second property that Joe has sold for us in two years.
