I was trying to find an establishment that would help me figure out why my AC got busted on my Honda Civic and the Fast Lane folks came highly recommended to me by a good friend! I was not disappointed and they took such good care of me when I was in a really desperate place. They helped me sign up for a fantastic payment plan so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed by the payment (the repair was an odd/uncommon AC situation that required a very specific part so the cost was the more or less the same no matter where I went but Fast Lane made it very easy for me) and they got it back in my hands in hands

Excellent family owned business. They are honest and prices are reasonable. Service is quick and the waiting room is the nicest auto waiting room I have seen. No high pressure sales tactics either. A good shop can be hard to find, but these guys are great. I brought my car to them after another shop had made my issues worse. They fit me in, explained the error from the other shop, and fixed it free of charge. They earned my trust and had me immediately coming back. Since then I have gone back to them essentially looking for issues with my car because of a shake and squeaking brakes. They easily could have convinced me to replace multiple things. I had a Honda Civic that others said nothing wrong but would run for a while and then not run. Had it towed to one place and car started. Picked up the car and came home. Car would not start. Found Fast Lane, called and had car towed there late afternoon. Fuel pump had to be replace and car was done and ready before noon the next day. I dealt with Robbie Rhoads during with process. Great guy and very friendly. I highly recommend Fast Lane Automotive and dealing with Robbie. The fuel pump had a three year warranty BUT we sold the car and got a Toyota Corolla. I used to support this business so much, but it's funny that every time I come for a service I get a "complimentary diagnostic" and handed a $500+ bill.
I came back to fix an issue that's going to be an "emergency" and handed back a diagnostic sheet with completely different issues and triple the price I was told. No excuses for why it was missed in the previous diagnostic, and extremely interesting that since October my repairs total $2,963. That's a pretty pricey oil change.

Fast Lane Automotive service has declined significantly!They charged me for 2 catalytic converters. As you can see in the picture, these are NOT new! We inquired about the loud noise the car was making after they "fixed" it. Keep in mind, the car was not making loud noises when we took it to fast Lane and was told we would need to pay an additional $1,100.00 to fix the noise!!!!! Extremely poor quality!

I'm very disappointed that I have to write a one star review on this location that once had my business and trust. The past three times that I have come here I've been more and more disappointed. I blame the owners son, I don't have his name but this guy is a crook. They charged me $35 to change a simple light and they lost the cap that covers the screw and did not want to own up to it. They are now charging $70 for a full synthetic oil change $20 more than it was a year and a half ago, and today they tried to charge me almost $300 to change spark plugs! Spark plugs are at most

Stop in to get a quote on an a/c repair had to pay over $50 so they can tell me the compressor had to be replaced. They're quote was over $200 compared to the dealers quote and over $400 compared to where I got it repaired. The shop looks very professional and staff was super friendly but prices need to be revised.

I would not recommend this location based on my experience here. Jaime was truly great. The other person I interacted with was the absolute opposite. I did not receive timely follow up on the progress of my repair. When I called for an update (I was told I would receive a call and did not) the employee flat out lied to me stating the car had just come back in from a road test. I have multiple vehicles and live right around the corner, I had driven by several time this morning, seen the car had been moved, and knew that at the time of the call it had been in the same spot for over an hour. Worst experence ever. Paid $2,000 for my 2008 Audi A6, over heating issue tuned into so many other issues by the time they got done with it, my A/C was no longer working, coolent mixing into my oil according to them, they had it over 2 weeks to figure out the problem and still couldn't, poor communication failing to update me. I have come here a couple of times for oil changes and inspection on 2 different vehicles and although they are extremely nice and the service was good I was told I had a leak on both vehicles. After taking both vehicles for a second and one for a third opinion they discovered there was no leak. I called yesterday and set an appointment for today. From start to finish the staff was very friendly and professional. My dad is a mechanic and has always taken care of our cars but I I recently moved to Orlando and have been in search for a good mechanic. I brought my car in because my AC had been acting up And only one side was blowing cold air. My mom referred me to this place. I decided to try them out since she's had nothing but good things to say. I decided to go there for simple repairs and oil changes, and after being a loyal firestone customer for over 2 years, I don't regret that change at all. I could not recommend this place enough. We brought our 2011 GMC Yukon in with a squeaking noise in the engine. They looked at it and gave us the diagnosis. They offered us a cheaper solution to the problem to try out which unfortunately didn't work. We needed a new motor. They replaced the entire motor in less than a day and they have a rewards program that we racked a bunch of points up with. The people are so friendly and professional. We are a customer for life. (I also rarely write reviews if that tells you anything about how great this place is.)

I'm overly impressed with this company. We were traveling from Virginia to Orlando, Florida and of course the oil notification comes on. We called a few places to check out prices and see how soon it could be done.
Fast Lane was able to get us in and get us out in less than an hour. Not only was the customer service great, but while waiting had wifi and was able to knock out some homework. On top of that there were plenty of snacks and drinks out if you wanted something while waiting.
If ever in the area again and need our car serviced will definitely return to them.

Wow! Fast Lane did some major work on my Dodge Ram and had it fixed in a timely manner. Zach was very professional with his explanation of service. Fast Lane gave me a 3 yr warranty and there price was very fair. They provide a detailed report with pictures that show potential future repair before it fails. Wow. Excellent. I have never been to such a friendly, kind, personable shop. Everything is very straightforward and Zach and Kevin ensured I had an understanding of what I was getting done and future recommendations without any scare tactics or steep prices quoted. You feel like you're on the same page with your mechanic. Prices are extremely reasonable and you'll get a whole lot more done faster and cheaper than you would at a dealership. Highly recommended!
