I am not a customer of theirs and I have never spent a dollar here. I was however having an issue with my 7-pin connector on my truck and I came in to see if they could just run a test light on it. Their tech not only ran the test free of charge but also climbed under the truck with me and was able to determine the cause of the malfunction. With service like that, the next time I am in the market for another trailer, I will definitely be stopping here first.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband and I bought a trailer for $5k on February 5, 2021. This is strictly for work. This is not a hobby or “for fun” trailer. This is our income on the line. We were told that it would be ready and completely finalized in 4-6 weeks. We paid off the trailer in full at the point of service. We called multiple times regarding the status of the order and when it was expected once it became 8 weeks later. Now it’s May 3rd. We contacted them and the trailer is STILL not ready AND they said they couldn’t guarantee the price is still valid MEANING

Above and beyond excellent customer service. I drove a little over 3 hours and got there 30 mins after they closed at 5. Steve reopened the business and got me taken care of. His boss had already left for the day but turned around and came back to complete my trailer sale. Unbelievable customer service. I will always refer my friends and family as well as come back when I need to buy again!
