I’ve had my RV taken care of here twice, both times for parts that would have probably taken months to get elsewhere. Both times they were able to get the parts I needed in two weeks or less! Stayed in communication with me the whole time and were very nice and friendly. The work they do is also top tier! Can’t recommend enough!

When I decide to purchase an RV, I was directed to MasterCraft in Hopkinsville KY. The reason... another dealer was supposed to be bad for business, etc
Now that I look back, I see I was very wrong in my choice.
FIRST, the Sales representative that sold me the RV, was not as forthcoming as he should have been. The Sunset Trail I bought had several bad flaws... that should have been fixed before putting it on the market PERIOD!
SECOND, The walk through your given, is a hurry up presentation, ( a final walkthrough ). It's suppose to be informative on all the ins and outs, the functioning of the

Great sales staff and excellent service department!
Found a big problem on a unit upon pickup and they refused to let me take it until it was fixed. It was promptly fixed and tested! They offer you to fully test the unit when you pickup the unit.
After pickup, I took the unit back to have the hitch I bought with the RV to be adjusted. They took great care and had me out of there in no time. My truck/trailer now rides level and feels like a whole new truck!
When they open their new location I hope to upgrade to a fifth wheel with them!

I phoned about a camper for my grandson. I asked from the beginning what their hours were because my grandson was working 6 days a week and would not be able to show up until around 6 or 6:30. The salesman told me he would stay after to wait for him to pick it up and the service department would be able to stay after to put on the sway bar. After I signed the paperwork and sent my deposit in I was then told they couldn't stay late. That was not the deal that was agreed upon from the very beginning. They offered to leave the camper in the parking lot and he could go pick it up. I asked if anyone

Mastercraft is a great place to purchase and service your RV/travel trailer. I purchased mine from here and have it checked out and serviced every year. Recently there was an accident involving tree limbs and I took it in because I found a leak. Once they found the problem, they suggested I call my insurance company to see if they would cover the repairs. I never thought about calling insurance. This call saved me several thousand dollars and Mastercraft is replacing the entire roof. They keep me informed as to how the repairs are progressing. Staff are friendly and professional. I would not purchase

This will not be a typical "they were great" review that does not help anyone make an informed choice about where to take an expensive piece of equipment that is a focal point for family relaxation, travel & possibly their home on wheels.
To give background, I was forced to choose a repair facility after being rear ended by a careless diesel pusher driver, & being very particular about my 5'er I interviewed several facilities within an hour of me. I felt confident in the conversation & expectations that I had with Renee & opted for Master Craft.
