Services
I see adults, adolescents, and children who are challenged with mood disorders, the affect of trauma, behavior issues, learning disabilities, and life transitions. From Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and many techniques in between, I will find a process that works best for you.
Denial is the way people with addictive behaviors convince themselves it is okay to continue using or even to increase and prolong their destructive patterns of drinking or using drugs. Because denial tends to be a stronghold of substance use disorder, we primarily use Motivational Interviewing and/or The Stages of Change treatment models.
