Thank you for a wonderful trip! They are so nice and accommodating. They took my friends and I from San Jose to Napa. They were great at planning ahead and last minute changes. I used major limo for a day trip to Napa. The driver was super nice and on time. We really didn't know where to go and he had lots of knowledge of what wineries to see and what restaurant to go to . They helped Turn what would have been an OK trip into a blast! The driver was also our photographer at a few spots and was so nice, especially with a limo full

We recently booked Major Limo for a girls trip to Napa and selected the Sprinter limousine and it was amazing! We had such a blast on the way there and back, we didn’t even want to get out of the Sprinter. We will for sure be using this service again and recommending to friends. No need to look elsewhere! This is the 3rd airport service I have used in the last 6 years and definitely the best. I will continue to use Major Limo moving forward.
The communication was clear from the start. You might have to wait until the current job is done because your driver will not be talking on the phone while driving you to the destination. Safety first and foremost comes to mind. The other 2 local companies I tried for airport service were speeding and tailgating on the freeway. I was in desperate need of a limousine for my husbands 50th bday trip to Napa. It was to be a long day so I shopped around for rates as it would be expensive. I used major limo because they were by far the most helpful and the best value. I can't emphasize enough that you can skip all the shopping around and just call Major Limo. We booked Major Limo to take my in-laws and her sister/husband, my husband and myself to see Los Bukis concert in Oakland. From communication with Major to Jay (our driver), the whole service was exceptional! Jay and I spoke to figure out logistics prior and he came up cute surprise for them as they had never been in a limo. We were surprised with flowers and made my mother in law and her sister feel so special!!! They totally teared up! The ride was smooth as was the sound system and lighting. I love this company!! This is a great company and Mayor is the bomb! We brought our own wine and Mayor was so great, and I would call them again and again !! For any party I need. We used him for my BF's daughters 16th birthday to take her and her friends to San Francisco for dinner.
