Check your balances and transfer funds using the Call 24 Voice Response System by calling 1-800-544-0945. In Person: Pay your loan in person using cash or check at any FiCare branch or by visiting a Shared Branch location. Recurring Automatic Transfers: Speak to a representative to request an automatic transfer from your savings or checking or set up a recurring transfer within your Online Banking.

Loan applications with verification of income and Buyer's Orders may be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax to the appropriate office.

I am very grateful to have found out about FiCare. I have been a member of USAA for over 20 years, and never had an inclination to try other banks/FCU's. Rosalie is fantastic! Rosalie went way above and beyond, again, helping me with a DMV issue.
