I can’t say enough about this awesome title company, starting with the owners Marc and Holly Shapiro . Where everyone is treated like a family member. This title company brings every single close to the finish line without any issues ever. Not the best place to facilitate your closing. As a local Realtor I work with many title companies and can speak objectively about their performance. Unfortunately, our most recent transaction has not been the best experience. It was a cash purchase so no lenders requirements as far as when certain documents have to be delivered. The closing statement along with final figures for the buyer were prepared 10 minutes before the scheduled closing! There needed to be a fee added on the sellers side and it seemed to big of a problem for anyone to change the closing statement. At the end the wire of proceeds
