I have purchased several items from Oklahoma Lumber & Supply on many different occasions over the past year or so. Every time I've dealt with them, they have been upbeat and helpful. I would rank them A+ on their customer service skills and highly recommend them over most of the alternatives in the OKC metro.

Piss poor system. Everytime I went to pick my orders up, the place didn't have them because they didn't do their part. Every single time it was over an hour waiting on them to find their stuff and fix it. Processing money 3+ months later because they didn't even know it hadn't processed. Inconsistent info anytime you talk to someone. Thank goodness there's other places around to buy materials, the rest seem to have it figured out.
