Was very happy with CareBridge services for my wife. The office staff was friendly and the owner came by our home to talk with both of us which was helpful to learn more about home care. I was referred to CareBridge when my father needed more care than I could handle on my own. Doris helped my father for almost a year. I honestly do not know what our family would have done without her help. She is an amazing care provider and person. Not only is she extremely skilled at her job but is also one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She is honest, smart, compassionate, very caring, respectful and highly dependable. CareBridge cared for my family member while she was recovering from hip surgery. We were very pleased with the aides that came to the house. The rehab had provided us with multiple home care agencies to contact and we chose them because the cost was reasonable compared to others. Also, they were very helpful initially providing a lot of good advice and information because we never had these services before. Good company. Very satisfied.

Our family had an aide for my mother who was on hospice care. The CareBridge aide was a godsend. (I'll leave out her name for privacy) We had no idea what to expect in terms of my mother's care which turned out to be incredibly difficult. The aide knew exactly what to do and when to do it. She cared for her with compassion and was very gentle and kind. Our family was very grateful for this help in such a difficult time for us. Thank you for her! God bless

The girls in the office are so friendly and they always have something nice to say when we stop by the office. The owners are very involved in the business and they return my calls quickly when I have questions about my pay stubs or my schedule. And the CareBridge nurses that manage our clients are always happy to give care advice when we need some extra guidance or advice. We have a woman aide from CareBridge that comes in four times a week. This caregiver is always willing to do stuff, or to find stuff to keep her busy. She's very nice, personable, and good at showing up when I specifically need her. I had a doctor's appointment and she had to come a lot earlier than usual but she was fine with changing her times. The office staff is very accommodating too with our changing schedules. Our aide had to stay a little late because I wasn't back on time, and she's very agreeable. She feeds my wife, helps her take a bath or shower, talks to her, and keeps her company

Our family used CareBridge for care for our brother recovering from surgery. We had a very good experience and would use their services again if needed. The costs were in line with other agencies, a bit lower actually, and we decided to use them based on our initial conversation with Jeff. He answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable with his professionalism and his willing to spend time talking with other family members. They were professional, quick to respond, and very helpful through a difficult time. I can’t begin to say enough about our family's exceptional experience with the care and professional attention CareBridge provided for my own family—but more so to the extensive care that was provided to my elderly parents. We started out with blocks of hours to help them in the mid morning/afternoon times. As their needs increased, we had full day in home care provided by such experienced caregivers. It was wonderful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home care services for their family. We had CareBridge Live In services for my father while my mother recovered from surgery since she was his caregiver. The owners were very helpful from the beginning and the office staff very responsive. The Live In aides took great care of my dad and we even used their hourly aide services to help out mom too.
