Mackenzie graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2018 after receiving a bachelors degree in clinical health studies from Ithaca College. This education provided a foundation for a unique perspective on the human body. Mackenzie uses her comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and massage therapy to provide an informed massage for her clients.
During her sessions she practices mindfulness with each stroke and each breath. She moves slowly and intuitively, feeling for areas of increased tension and noticing the subtleties of how the body reacts to her touch. In addition to standard medical care, she believes in the importance of a holistic approach to chronic pain, including mindfulness, meditation, yoga, lifestyle adjustments, self-care, and body awareness through touch.

Mackenzie is invariably professional and competent while providing a warm and personalized treatment effectively alleviating what ails me. I have suffered from severe migraines for over 30 years. There is something about her technique that I have not experienced before in any setting. Simply put, I have experienced a significant reduction in the number and severity of migraine headaches since I started treating with her and I am very thankful. Mackenzie is the best.

Mackenzie is amazing. She is attentive, kind, and hard working. She listens and empathizes, never minimizing your pain or experiences. She remembers your aches and pains and asks how you want to proceed every session. Her space is always clean and neat - she also is very cautious and safe, utilizing COVID protocols. She wears a mask and sanitizes after each session thoroughly. I feel safe going to her practice. She has hours that are accessible and booking online is a breeze. I have been going to Mackenzie for massages for the last few months and have been very satisfied with her skill and professionalism.
