No one will answer the phone or return my calls in the Service Department. I have called several days in a row and left a message each time, but on one has returned my calls. I understand the holiday season just passed, but I have been without a car, that is sitting in their lot, for almost 3 weeks and I don't feel like anyone is trying to help me. I purchased my used car from Hanlees and have had nothing but headaches with utilizes their services department and having them honor an extended warranty I purchased from them. Stay away.

I brought my hybrid electric Chevy Volt to German Franco at Hanlees Davis Chevrolet for an oil change and coolant conditioner. At the same time German updated the computer programming for the car's electronics module. He also noticed my transmission shifter was loose and in need of adjusting which he also took care of. I have always enjoyed driving my Volt and am even more impressed knowing I have someone I can depend on to keep me safely on the road.

Just purchased a 2017 volt from here. Great customer service, I wasn't too sure about what I wanted and if u was going to get a car that day, but I didn't feel pressured into making a deal right then and there and with a car dealership that can be the biggest thing that turns you away. After getting the used car they detailed it and accidentally put on 4 brand new tires! They said their mistake was my reward and gave them to me rather than make sure they were off and never telling me. Great experience and I'd definitely come back if I ever need another used car!

German, the service department manager, is helping me get my father's 2016 Chevy Volt repaired. He went out of his way to get this done in a safe way during the Covid19 pandemic. We dropped the car off and they are delivering it to my father who is in a high risk group.
My father has an extended service warranty from "The Mechanic" (purchased from Kuni Chevrolet). "The Mechanic" does everything they can to not pay out on claims. German gave up his lunch hour and stayed an hour after closing just to complete our claims with them. We are extremely grateful that he went

It took me 2 days just to get an appointment ! When I got my appt it took another 24hrs to run a diagnostic $180!! Not worth it !!! Not happy at all! The typed up explanation for the car makes no sense at all “this is ok but it needs to be replaced ?” Very unprofessional! I will never bring my car back here ! I will never buy a Chevy !! I am spreading the words to friends and family to not come to this dealership and DO NOT buy a Chevy !!!

I've been shopping for a certified used Suburban for my family. After going to the "Auto Mall", thought my blood and life had been drained by middlemen. Hanlees Davis Chevrolet had the white Suburban I wanted and did everything over the phone. Jeff helped me with vehicle questions, CARFAX history, sent pictures and got me the price I wanted.
