After searching for a new ford today I was contacting by a salesman from downtown ford saying they have what I'm looking for and will hold it for me until I get there I drove a total of 4 hours 2 hours there and back 23 minutes before I arrived they told me they sold it to someone else and then knew I was on my way and was buying it I even updated them every 30 min to give them my eta as I got off the exit I got a text saying it sold. Why why why did they do this to me I took every step they asked me to got prof if insurance and all Now I'm upset I hope they make it right and I can

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Bon Vang is a liar, do not work with him. I brought my car in at 6 PM the night before my 8:30 AM appointment as I was asked. Bon said he would call me between 11-12 PM to let me know what was going on post-diagnostic and I never received a call. When I called the dealership I found out Bon wasn't even going to be at work until late afternoon -- nor had a diagnostic been completed at all. When I went to pick up my car late afternoon they still had done nothing, not even a diagnostic, and tried to charge me regardless. This is the worst dealership

I dropped off my Ford fiesta because of factory issues with the transmission. They kept the car for 5 months and didn't provide any updates unless I called and asked. When I went to pick it up, they charged me $900 for a different repair they did. Most of it, of course, went to labor costs. This is the worst Ford service experience I've had.

Horrible service! They had my car for a month and didn’t do any repairs on it. When they called me said they will keep the ticket open since they are short techs for transmissions. When I went to get my car the story changed and they couldn’t keep the ticket open and told me to take my car to another Ford! I have a brand new 2020 that is under warranty and no loaner was provided. They lie about their commitments and leave the customer high and dry!

I'm in Reno and there is a lot to say about the difference in the way cars are sold on the western side of the Sierras versus the eastern. Not the least of which is the fact that over here dealers are tens of miles apart as opposed to tens of blocks apart. But that said, I ended up at Downtown Ford because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Everyone I dealt with was willing to communicate and accommodate. I want to thank Bill, Austin and Moises for their good work and great attitudes. The guys who delivered my car were professional and efficient and the process went quite well.

This was my first experience at Downtown Ford. Bon Vang was by far the best service representative I could've meet. Bait and switch on every car. Car advertised at one price, actual price was almost FIFTY percent higher. After "haggling" to get the price down, they come with interest rates DOUBLE everyone else to try to get their kickbacks. Literally witnessed the same tactics to the couple next to me who ended up just walking out in frustration.
I have even emailed and called them
Multiple times since then and they just ghost me. For a car that has been sitting on the lot for TWO YEARS.
Never seen a dealership try so hard not to make a sale. I dont trust these guys at all

Any business that uses Memorial Day as a tool to drum up business is disgusting and a disgrace to those individuals we've lost. (See my email photo) I will never do business with these types of shameless leaches. I hope you won't either!

What can I say. We need a tune up and a light fixed. We had an appointment and brought the car in the morning. We were to pick it up at the end of the day. At the end of they day they called and they told us they didn't have time to get to it. (This was really frustrating, instead of being with out a car for 1 day, we were with out a car two days. They should have not over booked and just had us come anther day as our needs weren't an emergency, just a 50,000 Tune up that could have been done any day.)The next day they called with a list of things we needed. We declined. They finished

One of the worst Ford Dealerships in the area. I had to take my car their multiple for an AC repair -- thankfully, the car was under warranty. Still, it was a hassle, and I didn't have my car for many days. Their employees are quite rude; they argue with you. The place looks beat up as well. The manager said that he would call me, as I wasn't satisfied with their service, but he never called.
