I just got off the phone with Cory. I called his cell after Max Herr had closed for the day on Saturday. I told him I had very low water pressure in the house. Rather than stop by for a service charge, he helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone - it was a clogged whole house filter. GREAT customer service Cory - Thank You!! Max Herr will be my Go - To Well and Pump service company from now on!!

Fabulous service by Kyle and David got my water back on in three hours for which I am most appreciative. My well suddenly stopped working on Saturday with out of town company in the house and none of us had taken showers. Kyle took my call and sent David out to fix my pump. We were only without water for a couple of hours. Talk about service! And the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone ho needs service on their well or pump.
