I am giving 4 stars for service performed. 5 stars for professionalism and friendliness of staff. We had our well acid washed due to having a lot of mineral sediments in it. It was building up so much that water was starting to become very limited. Maybe we would get the dishes washed and1 shower and hours later wash 1 small load of cloths if we were lucky. So Harper well came out drop some kind of liquid acid down our well. Maybe about 1/3 gallon and said he'd be back with neutralizer. Two days later he came back and did just that..collected a nice handful of cash for just pouring and told us

The water line from pump leaked into basement block wall . The line ran under A/C condenser. Other companies said it needed moved. Harper well said they could do it without moving condenser. Saving us time and money to have it moved. Their estimate was very reasonable. They are honest and true professionals with years of experience.

This company is absolutely top notch. They were at my house within 30 minutes of calling with a well emergency. We woke up to no water in the house. With a family of 5 and young children, that is definitely not the way to start your day. Dave was very kind, courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company for your well maintenance and emergency needs. Everyone from the customer service reps to the technicians were superb!!! We had a new water softener and filtration system installed by Harper well and pump. We had rusty, sulphuric, hard water. After their install our water is crystal clear and no longer smells like rotten eggs! He even came out a few weeks after install to show me how to do a reset and flush because we had a power outage.

This company has some of the best staff around. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Today, a service man came to my home, on time, and gave me sound advice on whether or not to replace a head on my softener tank or replace the whole softener system, which has been constantly running for the past few weeks. I highly recommend them.
