She started her career at Rental World, during breaks from school, learning all areas of the business including accounting, equipment repair, sales, tent installation and the list goes on.

We rented linens, place settings and serving dishes for my daughter's bridal shower. Everything was beautiful and it all created an enchanting shower. Our guests couldn't get over how renting dishware and glasses was less expensive than disposables, which would not have looked near as nice. And, as one of my friends reminded me, it was a great way to be "green" and be kind to the environment.

A to Z is an amazing company! They were incredibly easy to work with, accomodating and fast. They are one of the only places in the Philadelphia area where you can rent outdoor fire pits, and they were a hit at our outdoor holiday reception this year! They made pick-up/ drop-off super easy, and have great customer service. 10/10 would use them again.

Rented a few high tops and linens for a house party and the whole process from ordering to pick up could not have been smoother. When I called Jeanne was able to take care of my order right away. I got the confirmation and contract later that day. It was delivered and picked up as they promised. Reasonable prices too! Even cheaper if you can pick up yourself but delivery price was fair for the convenience. Will definitely use them again.

My place of business used A to Z rental for a wedding we had booked. We needed glassware in a bit of a last-minute bind and A to Z rental came in clutch! As we are still dealing with COVID, I was prepared to be outside under a tent at the October 2021 “Cocktails at the Castle” Mercer Museum event, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much the clear panels on the A to Z Rental tent lit up the space in the late afternoon. As night fell, the strands of electric lights lent a festive air to the truly lovely event.

This company is very unprofessional. Table and chairs were rented from this company and was told by the customer service representative, Brittny Carr that they would be delivered the day before which was a Friday and picked up by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. A call was placed on Wednesday to confirm that the delivery would still be made on Friday and was told by Brittny that an email will probably be sent tomorrow (Thursday) with the delivery window for Friday. A call was received on Thursday saying they are outside. Confused about why the tables were being delivered early, a call was placed

I rented two throne chairs and a red carpet aisle runner from this company for my wedding on 6/24. Regarding the actual rented items, there were no issues. The quality of the throne chairs and aisle runner were good, and they looked great in pictures. HOWEVER, the customer service of this company desperately needs improvement. First, the hours of operation for this business are very limited and it may take a while to reach an employee by phone. I was pleased with the response of the rental company and their willingness to deliver for a small rental order although we had to pay $86 for delivery. Once the tables and chairs we rented arrived I was absolutely shocked at the condition of the tables and chairs. The tables were in awful shape. Thankfully we had decent table clothes for them because they looked like they had been jimmy rigged and half chewed up. The chairs we paid extra for looked dirty. The Farmhouse at Peoples Light in Malvern Pa, has used A to Z Party Rentals for numerous rentals. Due to the Pandemic, we had to change strategies with events and move outside. Samantha from A to Z was essential to the continued success of our venue. She was informative detailed and knowledgeable about what would work out the best for us. I would give 3.5 stars if I could.
The people who came to set up the tent and put the dance floor down were great. The guys delivering the tables and linens were efficient.
A few issues. The wine and champagne classes we rented were dirty (dried on food and lipstick stains) and I had to wash them before using them. The contact person offered to send new glasses but I didn't have time to check those before using them so I declined. I received a $40 discount but would have preferred not having to wash all the glasses first. I also received two different size champagne glasses. When I called

I've worked with countless rental companies across the East Coast for upwards of 7 years now. Never have I met a company that offers a pick up and drip off window at my EXACT time constraints- ever! I just rented a table and chairs from A to Z for my baby shower this weekend. Coordinating with them was super easy, and they were very flexible and accommodating (we decided to pick them up ourselves and have the company retrieve them after the event). As a lone consumer - not an event planner - my experience has been poor. I was planing an "at home" graduation party for 70. I was unable to reach anyone via phone so I visited the showroom and was told they they were closing, but given a business card with an email to submit my request so they could check inventory.
