I will never do any type of business with this company. I will make sure anyone I know will not do any type of business with this company. The woman who answered the phone was by far the rudest I have ever dealt with in a customer service setting. She was abrasive and deliberately offensive. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was floored when she told me she was the supervisor. If that is the type of person he has to oversee his company I truly feel sorry for the entire place. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY its obvious they need to have proper training on customer service.

Be careful with these guys, the don't keep their commitment. The were supposed to supply a tent from an event this Thursday and two days before they refusedt do the job, they had accepted a down payment and would not complete the job.

They said they could not deliver, I agreed and asked would the rental tent and tables fit in my pickup they said yes when I showed up they would not let me take the tables because I needed a full sized bed pickup. They refused to deliver and told me to rent a uhaul REALLY!!! THE DAY OF MY PARTY GO RENT A UHAUL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER , COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ME

We used Anthony Party Rentals for en event, service was excellent. From placing the order to delivery and pickup, everyone was very professional. They were flexible and helpful with planning a November event with questionable weather (never thought it would be 70 in November). Would highly recommend them for your next event!

Anthony went above and beyond for me, he made sure everything went perfect. The attention to detail was top notch. I last minute threw some changes for our tent being setup and he handled it perfectly. He knew we just had new blacktop put down and he made sure his guys used wood to protect my new driveway which I didn’t even think of. They were super considerate and his employees who did the setup were way more than helpful! They were extremely fast, punctual, and prices were extremely fair. Worst customer service ever. I've used them multiple times the last two times I used them I've had issues with either dirty equipment or incompetence. This past weekend I ordered champagne flutes that ended up having dead fruit flies in them. When I brought it to the attention of the owner I was told to take my business elsewhere. Side note I wasn't asking for any refund or at anything I just wanted to bring it to his attention from one business owner to another. Good luck Anthony's your gonna need it.

Wow, I am always surprised when service based companies do not train their staff to be customer first. I was a potential customer, hoping to rent for a party this summer. The agent on the line sounded like she had a lot better things to do than speak with me about a small party. I will continue looking for another company with a lower delivery charge and people who seem like they want the business.

0 stars. Unpleasant staff, and I am being generous in my choice of words. I usually write nice reviews, so if I'm not happy about a business it's truly because their service was poor. Would not recommend at all.

If I could give them zero stars, then I most definitely would. This has to be the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism is basically non existent and they have no empathy for the customer or regard for their time. I was promised a timeframe of 12pm-2pm for the arrival of my tent, so I got up that morning and rushed to cut the grass so that it would be ready when the equipment arrived. I recently rented chairs from them for the first time and it was a very easy process. I sent an inquiry online one evening and someone emailed me back early the next morning. When I went in to pick the chairs up, I was in the office all of 5 or 10 minutes, then I drove up the hill and the chairs were loaded into my truck. I returned the chairs and again, a very quick and easy process. No hidden fees or deposits, just the price quoted. Very nice staff too! I will make Anthony Party Rentals my go to place whenever I need to rent items for an event!

Be aware that they will not deliver small orders. I wanted to rent two large tables and twenty chairs for a party at my home. They told me my order didn't "qualify" for delivery. I guess it was too small and not worth their time. Some day when I have a HUGE event (I have kids that are not yet married- so it's coming), I will be sure and NOT call them.

After reading some of these reviews you would think this was the worse company, ever! Well I used them for a housewarming party I'm hosting. Let me tell you about how GREAT their customer service is! Cathy was very attentive to my needs. She knew I had concern about picking up a few tables and chairs. She recommended I get XYZ size tables and they'll fit in my Ford Edge. Well she was right! I couldn't believe it! 1 banquet table, 4 oval tables and 2 high tops plus 25 chairs fit in my car. Honestly I was expecting to make two trips. Bravo to the staff at Anthony's!

I was skeptical after reading the previous reviews but I can't say enough great things about Anthony's and their team. Scott and Kathy took amazing care of all our needs. We needed a large tent with walls, chairs, tables, a dance floor and linens for our daughters first communion party and they made the whole experience so easy. They kept me fully informed of what was going on, when and by who. I was given excellent service during the entire transaction. I will use them again in the future without any hesitation.

Worst costumer service you can experience. If you want non answers, no accountability, and lectures from a guidance councilor wanna be, ask for Donna. Terrible company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Renting from Anthony Party Rentals was nothing less than an awesome experience! The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure that all of my needs were met. This included going above and beyond to get me a few extra tables at the LAST MINUTE! When I spoke to the owner, he assured me that everything would be perfect. And that it was! They truly helped to make my family reunion picnic an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your rentals needs!

Everything about this company is exemplary. I attended a graduation party not too long ago and I didn't even realize I was outside is the sweltering heat. From the wood floor, to the size of the tents, everything was done beautiful and no detail was left undone. I would highly recommend using Anthony's rentals if you want a masterpiece to come to life!

We had the very good fortune of meeting Anthony and getting his help on very short notice for an event. He went above and beyond in helping us and we planned an event. We were scrambling to pull things together and he was good enough to even call a caterer to assist. The recommendation of the caterer (food and service was excellent) was as he promised. He really took care of us--everything was taken care of professionally and on time--not to mention he has a very good heart.

I will start by saying the tent was great once it was up. It was clean and looked very nice for my wedding.

That being said, I still would not recommend anyone to deal with this company. The customer service is just flat-out horrible and that's UNACCEPTABLE. I felt that I was not treated in a way that they recognized the stress and work that goes into this day for the customer. I was treated in a way that I felt I was a nuisance. I called them in the beginning of October about my daughters wedding, didnt get a call back so 2 weeks later decided to go to their showroom/office. I used Anthony Rentals for 75 chairs for a work luncheon. I requested delivery for 10a for an event that was to start at noon. At 10:22a I called because they still weren't there and was told by the receptionist that I was "guaranteed" delivery by 11:30. Already that's an hour and half late, but I decided to go with it since she guaranteed.
