One would think that it would be enough to satisfy his American dream, but Mark knew he wanted more. While in sales, he realized the customers were being severely overcharged for home improvements and the company was profiting very high margins.

1-14 This used to be an old 6 panel metal casement window that was bolted into the inside of that house. 9-9 Because of the extension, it was decided to make the deck float next to the house as opposed to making it attached. 1-12 This door was not replaced but rather painted with a strong oil base paint with uv protectant.

If you are a senior citizen, beware when dealing with BGC. The owner, Mark, is very personable, talks a good game, but he does not always follow up on his promises. There were numerous positive and negative quality of work and business practice aspects. Project started 2 months late and took 2 months to complete verse 1 quoted. During project discovered all the kitchen cabinets were not ordered. Three days into project a crew change occurred. The project then fell behind schedule and inferior work was performed. My wife and I hired BGC for a deck replacement with pergola. We weren’t even 100% sure what we wanted the end result to look like when we started communicating back in the winter, but BGC helped us get to a deck that we love. They were all a pleasure to work with. Mark helped us with options and pricing. For tear-out and construction, Hunter and his crew were outstanding and really nice people. One of the best experiences we've ever had with contractors. Highly recommend!
