Dr. Happe is incredible!! I have been seeing Dr. Happe for a few years for everything from acne scars to aging concerns. I'd seen other doctors and injectors before finding Dr. Happe, but never experienced the level of care of expertise that she provides. The front desk guy his name I believe is David was utterly rude and I really can't comprehend his approach or mentality to speak with a prospect client. It seems like it's impossible to get an appointment with the actually doctor there without getting intimidated or humiliated by him first. He will say multiple times to you that "you don't need to book with us" and at that point all of your excitement and enthusiasm to want to meet with the doctor is gone.

I will preface this by saying I did not have the pleasure of meeting with the doctor. I had tried to book on-line for a required virtual appointment which was fine. Website says it is free. As I went through the booking process, I got to the point where they wanted a CC # and it said they were going to charge me a $1 fee. I sent a message asking why they needed my cc and why they are charging me a dollar if it was free? To their credit, David from the office left me a voicemail very quickly and explained that it was because they have a $100 no show fee and all they ask is that we cancel 24

Very pleased with Dr. Happe and my results. She also takes extra measures to keep her patients safe from Covid. I was referred by a neighbor who told me Dr. Happe makes you feel really comfortable which was a big selling point for me and I was not disappointed. David her receptionist is warm, friendly, funny and informative. The office is very private...only one client at a time. Parking is right outside the office.

Cannot say enough about Dr. Happe - not only is she friendly and easy to talk too, but so well informed/educated. Answered every question I had (and I had a lot of questions). Didn't feel a thing when she was injecting - none of that weird crunching noise I've had with other injections. She doesn't push products either, again, she answered my questions, but didn't guilt me into buying anything - just gave me the options and let me choose. Really great experience!!

I couldn't have made a better choice by going with Dr. Happe. She is not only very knowledgeable, but she is warm/super friendly and really does a good job in making you feel safe, educated and prepared for whatever procedure you are seeing her for. Like some of the other reviews have mentioned, I also, did not feel a thing when being injected and left so very pleased with the results. Dr. Happe is my go-to from now on, and if you want a knowledgeable injector that aims for perfection every time, you should make her yours too!

Dr. Happe is amazing!! I originally chose her for my Botox treatment based on these reviews and they were spot on. She listened to my concerns for almost an hour before giving me a very natural looking treatment. I loved that she really took the time to listen to me and felt that she understood the minimal look I was going for. You won't be disappointed going to see her. She even followed up with me to check in and see how I was doing afterwards. I'll be back again and again!

I am a couple of months into Kybella Treatments and I am always beyond satisfied with every treatment I receive.
