Services
We require 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 for each service.
Boston Medical Aesthetics is only minutes from the Government Center, State Street, and Haymarket T stops. Limited metered parking is available on the street, but is becoming more challenging. 60 State Street Garage is located directly across the street. A good option is Haymarket Center Garage (also called Parcel 7), which is very close by.

I have gotten lip filler by Jen 3 times in the past year and a half and have always had a great experience. She is very sweet and does an amazing job every time, highly recommend! Shape and size is always exactly what I ask for and have had minimum bruising opposed to other places I have been.

Highly recommend meeting with Natalie. I've been interested in trying cool sculpting and have had multiple consultations with different places. Their location is beautiful, easy to get to and CLEAN. Everyone is beautiful, kind and friendly. Lol thats the goal right???

Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. I had my appointment with Natalie. She is absolutely amazing! She fully explained everything about my Botox procedure and answered all of my questions. I was worried about getting ‘over botoxed’ but she was so professional about it that I trusted her opinion. My results came out better than I imagined. My wrinkles are gone and my face looks so natural. I will definitely be going back for other treatments.
