In 1983 Tri-State Fabricators, Inc., was started by Jay Richard (Dick) Vogt and his three sons Rick, Jeff, and Chris with one overarching goal in mind; to create a metal fabrication company that profoundly cared about creating long-term partnerships with its customers, employees, suppliers, and community.
Our metal shearing services include shearing, cutting to length, blanking, saw cutting and miter cutting. We can process the following materials for shearing up to 10'. A process for cutting sheet metal to size out of a larger stock such as roll stock. Shears are used as the preliminary step in preparing stock for stamping processes, or smaller blanks for CNC presses.
Powder coating is the fastest growing technology segment in the finishing industry. Designed for high volume production, this fully conveyorized powder coating system is programmed to deliver premium quality with amazing consistency. The complete process is designed to produce the highest quality finish to the greatest variety of part sizes and shapes.
Not only are our capabilities always expanding, but we also have strategic partnerships with Suppliers who's capabilities are different from ours.
